Our products are credited under copyrights such as quality assurance, Accreditation quality guaranteed, product quality assurance, guaranteed by the rules of quality assurance.

Warranty Conditions

1. This mattress is a guarantee of product quality. However, satisfaction of product is not guaranteed.
2. The company guarantees the components inside the mattress structure, excluding the mattress cover
3. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions
4. Warranty covers ability to receive product claim service no more than 2 times per year within the warranty period from the date of delivery
5. Within the warranty period from the date of delivery, the company will collect the return of the product for replacement and/or repair of the mattress structure, only with manufacturing defects free of charge. (Does not include transportation fee)
6. In the event that any repairs are required for Ventry mattresses beyond the warranty period, the company will charge the expenses according to the conditions of the company.
7. For products made to order, or products produced by other special orders from customers, the company reserves the right, once sold, to not accept the exchanges, refunds, for other products.
8. Products in the category of pillows, picnics, baby products, or other products (other than mattresses, toppers, mattress base sets & headboards), the company reserves the right, once unpacked, to not accept any exchange or refunds.
9. The company will repair the product by only implementing the main mattress structure and to still use the original cover and material layer from the original mattress that the customer has sent back for repair without charge.
10. In the company has assessed that the cover of the product sent for repair is in a condition that is too damaged to change the mattress structure, the company will inform the customer of such information. It is recommended to change the cover and charge a fee according to the conditions of the company. In the event that the customer does not with to pay for the cost of replacing the cover or material layer, the company reserves the right not decline the repairment or change the mattress structure for the customer.
11. The company reserves the right not to accept exchanges, returns, and refunds in all cases
12. If the main structure is checked and found broken, under warranty conditions, the company will repair the main structure and return the product. If the main structure is checked and not damaged under the terms of the warranty, the company will return the product without repair.
13. The company will only guarantee products purchased through the company’s store or its authorized representative, starting from the date of receiving the product.
- The warranty is a guarantee of product quality. Satisfaction is not guaranteed
- Upholstery, including stains, dirt, scratches, torn, cut or burned
- Crease on mattress caused by normal sleep, not more than 30 millimetres (3 centimeters) deep.
- The coil that surrounds the mattress (spring mattress), which surrounds the outer edge of the mattress and if the mattress base is bent due to improper movement or bending.
- Products sold as-is or as a showcase without product quality guarantee
- The height of the customers bed
- Preference for the comfort of the product, as it is a personal feeling of using the product. The company cannot guarantee the preferences and feelings for the product.
- Damage caused by misuse or improper use and damage to the mattress structure caused by improper use of the bed. Damages from use such as scratches, dullness, fading, rusting of steel frame, tearing, falling off, damage from termites, weevils, ants, insects, fungus on upholstery, water damage, wetness, and natural marks.
- Natural rubber or compressed natural rubber latex or PU Foam in the mattress is damaged by tearing or cutting
- Size of the mattress for each house may have a discrepancy of not more than +/- 2 centimeters, because if the product is processed by hand and the flexibility of the mattress material can naturally stretch or contract.
Ventry Mattress Standards are as Follows:
- Mattress size 3 feet (Twin size 3’ or single size 3 feet) is approximately 90x198 centimeters (width x length)
- Mattress size 5 feet (Twin size 3.5’ or single size 3 feet) is approximately 105x198 centimeters (width x length)
- Mattress size 5 feet (Queen size) is approximately 150 x 198 centimeters (width x length)
- Mattress size 6 feet (King size) is approximately 180x198 centimeters (width x length)
- Other sizes that do not meet this is considered a special order mattress.
- Warranty will be voided if adjustment to the veil is torn, brand label is missing or has been used improperly
- Warranty will be voided if the upholstery is removed, the leather is removed, the cover is removed, or the pillow/mattress/bed/baseboard is separated
- The warranty card is damaged, lost, or the warranty card is tampered with.
- Damage caused by accident, natural disaster or force majeure.

Service Fee for the Mattress Warranty of the Company

The company charges a fee for the collection of mattresses and return them with a shipping fee. In Bangkok and surrounding areas, the fee is 1000 baht per house. The service fee is calculated depending on the distance. The warranty is for the benefit of the customer. Please keep the warranty card and a copy of the purchase receipt for evidence.

In the Case of Mattress Replacement Due to Manufacturing Defects Under Warranty Conditions

If the mattress is returned for a higher or lesser price, the company reserves the right to calculate the difference of the new mattress.

The company reserves the right to reject the warranty, if the product is found to be dirty or defective due to reasons other than defects in raw materials or workmanship

Raw Materials or Mattresses Used for Repairing or Replacing Material Layers

If the mattress or mattress material to be repaired or replaces is not available at that time, the company reserves the right to substitute with raw materials or goods of equal quality to repair

Components Within the Mattress Structure That Guarantee

Spring Balls or Coils are Damaged or Broken From Normal Use
A spring ball or protruding coil or tearing through the mattress cover from normal use
The natural rubber layer or compressed natural rubber inside the bed collapse more than 30mm (3cm) deep or is damaged from normal use.

Instructions and Precautions for Use

Do

The mattress base should be a firm and strong structure. It should support the weight well, and does not bend, or you should change the mattress base every time that you buy a new mattress.
Should choose a Ventry mattress base to support the mattress perfectly
The mattress should be turned over every 12 months to distribute the weight to make the mattress last longer
It is a good idea to use a mattress protector to keep the mattress clean and to keep the rubber layer intact. Remove the bedding and let it ventilate every month.

Don't

Do not jump or stand on the mattress. This will cause the mattress to support specific weights which may damage the structure.
The mattress should not be bent or folded because it may damage the structure.
Do not hit the mattress or expose the mattress to any chemicals
Do not tear or cut the rubber layer as your warranty will be voided
The mattress should not be exposed to heat, thermal materials, and direct sunlight
Keep the mattress dry. Do not allow the mattress to get wet or allow other liquids onto the mattress
You should not smoke in the bedroom, and you should not place the mattress near flammable objects that could spark and cause the mattress to light on fire.
